Where are the directions for taking Bowtrol?

Where are the directions for taking Bowtrol? I just bought bowtrol from GNC and was supprised that all it had for directions was to take 4 pills on an empty stomach at bed time. Is there a diet I should follow, a certain amount of water? Anyone have any info? Thanks!
