In today’s world, many of us have real challenge with the digestive system and I want to show you that simple idea that will help you cleanse your colon can help you to improve your overall health and lifestyle. After you have your breakfast, you will go to work. First thing when you arrive, you should go, you now where, right? Yes! Toilette … and do what? Yes, your first poop.

Then, you will have lunch break. You should have good protein with carbs and vitamins from vegetables. What about tossed chicken salad? Not bad huh. Ok. You got home and you now where you should be going. If you are doing this, I am sure you cleanse your colon naturally just by eating great food.

Now, it’s time for a dinner. I love nice baked salmon with yams and string beans. Maybe with glass of red wine. And then just relax, maybe watch some good movie. Before you now it, it’s time for good night. But do not go to bed yet! Didn’t you forget about anything? Oh, not again! You know that going to bed with stomach full of waste will make you restless at night, having bad dreams and many other things. That is why you should go for the third time to that secret room, right before you go to sleep.

So, that was how your body cleanse your colon naturally at least three times per day. More you do it, the better. But did you know that more and more Americans can not eliminate their waste. Whooping numbers of them don’t do it even 1 time a day. Now imagine what they carry in their systems…for a week, for a month? Disgusting, you say? Well, I agree, but what’s worst is that after a while, the the stuff they have  inside the intestines starts to leak into their bloodstream and autointoxication begins. Which leads to many diseases and possible even to a death.

I hope you agree by now that it is very important to cleanse your colon. Yet many people do it wrong. Not many of them educate themselves about how to cleanse the colon the right way. How To Cleanse Your Colon – Basic Steps You Should Do If You Want To Cleanse Your Colon Naturally

Step 1 - The first thing in the morning, try to drink luke warm water. Drink at least 32oz and drink it as fast as you can. That will start your bowel movement and really great colon cleansing tip.

Step 2 – Try to eat less white flour or sugar type of foods – mainly junk foods.

Step 3 - Eat lean meat, a lot of green leafy vegetables, fruits and good carbs like basmatti rice, yams, yucca etc… Make sure you have at least 3 larger meals a day and 3 snacks a day (like fruits with yogurt etc…)

Step 4 – Try to do some form of exercise like walking, pilates, Tai Chi, weight lifting, swimming or running. Exercise helps to improve bowel movements.

Imagine what would happen to your car if you did not clean the oil and filters every once a while.  The engine would break down. Well, your body works on the same principles.
